To ensure stable operation of the service and protect the infrastructure, additional restrictions and limits apply to services with hourly billing.
1. Mail Traffic Restrictions
By default, access to mail ports 25, 465, and 587 may be restricted for hourly servers, including both incoming and outgoing mail connections.
2. Restrictions on Ordering Certain Additional Services
Some additional options may be unavailable for hourly services, including but not limited to:
- additional IPv4 and IPv6 addresses;
- ISPmanager licenses;
- weekly backups;
- other services at the company’s discretion.
3. Server Quantity Limits
The maximum number of servers available for simultaneous use under hourly billing is determined automatically based on the client’s service usage history and total spending within the system. Both active and suspended servers are taken into account when calculating the limit.
The company reserves the right to modify the list of restrictions and apply additional protective measures in cases of elevated risk, suspicious activity, or violations of the service rules.
