Client Verification Procedure
If you have received an email requesting the verification of your account, please follow these steps:
1. Take a photo of your passport against the background of our website’s homepage. Attention: the document must clearly show the photo, full name, stamp, and other relevant details. If necessary, you can apply a watermark that does not obscure the document’s information.
2. Provide your phone number in international format. We will contact you.
By registering on our service, you indicate your agreement with our rules (and, accordingly, your familiarity with them). If you do not agree with our rules and/or security policy, please refrain from ordering our services, as any claims due to your unfamiliarity with the rules and intentional violation of them will not be accepted.
