How quickly will the VDS be created after payment?
VDS will be activated within 15-45 minutes after payment.
How much does an extra dedicated IP cost?
Additional ipv4 costs €2,99 per month

Which control panels can you provide and how much do they cost?
We work with several control panels:
FastPanel — provided for free;
Hestia (VESTA CP) — provided for free;
ISPmanager 6 Lite (10 domains) — €3,99 per month;
ISPmanager 6 Pro (50 domains) — €7,99 per month;
ISPmanager 6 Host (∞ domains) — €11,99 per month.
Can you help me to move from another hosting provider?
Yes, we will transfer websites from another hosting provider free of charge and in the shortest possible time. There are no restrictions on the number of sites transferred!
Do you provide free administration? If yes, what does it include?
Yes, we provide free administration that covers the needs of more than 95% of our clients. Read more here.
What DNS do you have?
Our DNS includes the following:

Please note that you need to order a free additional service, «DNS hosting provider,» and complete the integration settings according to the instructions sent to your email to use our DNS. We recommend you contact our technical support service if you have any difficulties.
Do you have a trial period?
We don’t have a trial period, but we provide money back from your unspent funds.
Can I upgrade from one plan to another?
Yes, it is possible at any time.
Can I increase VDS resources without switching to another plan?
Yes, but you can only expand the disk space without upgrading to the following tariff plan. Disk space is purchased at 25 GB for €4.49 per month or 10 GB for €1.75.
What network speed will I get on my VDS?
Our server nodes have a 1 Gbps connection. Hence, each VDS will have connectivity of 1 Gbps shared with other VDSs. Please note that the final client speed may vary and depends on many factors such as the distance between our node and the destination node, as well as backbone ISPs.
